Today, DNH specializes in Dope Dyed Yarns, which are the latest generation colored yarns and are fast replacing the traditional conventional package dyed yarns. This gives yarn excellent color fastness, consistency of accurate color matching and also large sized packages. This ensures better run ability on latest high speed machines. DHN is currently producing more than 1400 colors in Dope Dyed. DNH has market access across the globe which extends to North America, Central America, Latin America, Europe, Thailand and Africa.
DNH has set up its Draw Texturizing Machines in the year 2002, a high-speed advanced technology that meets the flexible production demands of regular and highly functional yarns. In line with our belief in constant innovation, over the years, we have been adapting several improvements by adding capacities, applying technologies, innovating processes and products. As a company we started with the Extruder based POY Spinning in the year 2005 for captive consumption simulating mass production line to make POY.
The company has its manufacturing unit spread over an area of more than 28 acres of land located at Surangi in Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and a Corporate Office in Mumbai. We have a modern manufacturing plant at Silvassa, on the West Coast of India between the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Our proximity to the domestic Polyester hubs in Gujarat, Silvassa and Maharashtra, as well as to the 'JNPT', & HAZIRA ports enables us to service our customers with the shortest possible lead time .While, the major customers and exports are directly handled by the company’s marketing offices, some customers are catered through a wide and expansive network of dealers spread through-out the country.
